Defying The Market.
The High Collection in Reservoir was launched in late 2020 during the peak of the Covid 19 uncertainty, however the project was still received incredibly positively by the market and sold out quickly. The market not only responded to the level of design and quality that had not been seen in the area, but also recognised the momentum of growth in Reservoir as a rapidly gentrifying suburb.
The project was completed in 2021 in just 9 months despite the challenges of lockdowns and restrictions in the midst of the COVID pandemic, and once again for a Branson Group Project, every single valuation came in on contract price.
