Overview of the project
2021 HIA VICTORIA AWARD WINNER
A Contemporary Industrial Classic.
Comprising 19 townhouses designed by leading architect Bayley Ward, Elysian Footscray combines sophisticated design with rustic materials to provide a design statement, in an up and coming location.
The interiors offer a beautiful yet restrained colour palette, with generous proportions throughout and a highly refined level of specification. Superbly appointed kitchens, extensive custom storage and an abundance of natural light make for the perfect home.

Defying The Market.
Elysian Footscray was launched in late-2018 in a softening market, however the project was still very well received by the market and sold out quickly. The market not only responded to the level of design and quality that had not been seen in the area, but also recognised the potential in Footscray West as a suburb on the move.
The project was completed in 2020 in the midst of the COVID pandemic, and while there was heightened nervousness around the property market, every single valuation came in on contract price.
The project was exceptionally well received by purchasers and building inspectors, with one building inspector saying “it was the best quality build they had seen in 15 years in the industry”.
We are proud to announce Elysian went on to win 2021 HIA Victoria Awards for Townhouse/Villa up to $500k and Townhouse/Villa Development Up to $500K per dwelling.
